Server Rules
The rules of the city.
One standard, applied to everyone. By joining the server or the Discord you agree to follow these rules, and to accept staff decisions made under them.
Community
How we treat each other, in the city and out of it.
Respect everyone
No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind — in character or out of it. Villains are welcome; cruelty toward real people is not.
Keep out-of-character talk out of the scene
Use the proper out-of-character channels. Don’t break other people’s immersion mid-scene.
No advertising
Don’t promote other servers, communities or services without staff permission.
Roleplay
The standard every scene is held to.
Stay in character
Once you’re in the city, you’re your character. Treat the world as real and react to it the way your character would.
Value your life Fear RP
Act like your life matters. If you’re outnumbered or at gunpoint, respond the way a real person would — not like you’ll respawn.
No metagaming
Your character only knows what they’ve learned in the city. Information from streams, Discord or voice chat outside the scene can’t be used in character.
No powergaming
Don’t force outcomes on other players or act out things that would be impossible in real life. Give people a fair chance to respond.
New life rule NLR
If your character is incapacitated and respawns, they don’t remember the events that led to it, and shouldn’t return to that scene.
Combat & crime
Conflict is part of the city. It needs a reason.
No random killing RDM
Violence needs roleplay behind it first. Attacking someone without an in-character reason is not allowed.
No vehicle as a weapon VDM
Deliberately running people over or ramming them without roleplay reason is not allowed.
No combat logging
Don’t disconnect or leave to escape a scene you’re part of.
Safe zones are safe
No crime or violence in designated safe zones such as hospitals.
Fair play
Zero tolerance.
No cheats, mods or exploits
No third-party cheats, mod menus, or unapproved modifications. Found a bug? Report it to staff — don’t use it.
One account, one character at a time
Don’t use alternate accounts to get around rules, bans or limits.
Staff & appeals
How decisions get made, and how to challenge one.
Staff decisions stand in the moment
Follow staff instructions during a scene. If you disagree, finish the scene and raise it afterwards — not in the middle of it.
Report and appeal through Discord
Reports and ban appeals go through a ticket in our Discord. Include what happened, when, and any clips you have.
Rules can’t cover everything
Staff may act on behaviour that clearly breaks the spirit of these rules, even where no rule names it exactly.
